At Personalize.ae, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide high-quality personalized products and ensure a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be instances where you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. For such cases, we have outlined our policy as follows:

Cancellations 

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the personalization process has not started. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you wish to cancel.

Refunds

  1. Given the nature of our personalized products, we typically do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product is produced, unless there is a defect or error on our part.

  2. If the product received is damaged, defective, or if there has been an error in the personalization process from our end, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide details about the issue and include photos if possible.

  3. After we receive your complaint, our team will review the information and determine whether the product is eligible for a refund or replacement.

  4. If approved, we will offer to either replace the defective product at no additional cost to you, or refund the full amount to your original payment method. The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the nature of the defect and your preference.

Processing Refunds

  1. Refunds will be processed within 10-14 working days, depending on the policy of your bank or card issuer.

Non-refundable Items

  1. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  2. Gift cards and promotional items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@personalize.ae.
