All orders are subject to a processing time of 1-3 business days, during which your items are made-to-order, packaged, and prepared for shipment. This processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Please note that for personalized items, additional time may be required for your products to be crafted to your specifications. Our team will communicate this time to you at the point of purchase.

    Shipping Times

    Once your order has been processed, the estimated shipping time within the United Arab Emirates is 3-5 business days.

    For international orders, please allow for 10-15 business days, subject to customs clearance.

      Shipping Fees

      Shipping fees vary based on the size and weight of the package, as well as the delivery location. These will be calculated and presented to you during checkout.

      For orders above AED 99, we offer free shipping within the United Arab Emirates.

        Delivery Policy

        All orders are delivered via a reputable courier service. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order.

        If no one is available at your address to receive the delivery, our courier partner will contact you to rearrange the delivery.

          International Shipping
