Please note that for personalized items, additional time may be required for your products to be crafted to your specifications. Our team will communicate this time to you at the point of purchase.

Shipping Times

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only. Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary based on the size and weight of the package and will be calculated and presented to you during checkout.

For orders above AED 99, we offer free shipping within the UAE.

Delivery Policy

All orders are delivered via a reputable courier service. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order.

If no one is available at your address to receive the delivery, our courier partner will contact you to rearrange the delivery.
